From 29 January to 12 February, we celebrate the Chinese Lunar New Year and welcome the Year of the Snake. Our dining rooms will be transformed with stunning red lanterns, setting the stage for innovative mixology with the Venom & Virtue cocktail, a fresh twist on the Imperial Roast menu, and a unique dessert inspired by the vibrant flavour of mandarin.
