Wave two pairs with the Roku Sunrise, made with Roku gin, watermelon and apricot, a fiery orange serve to represent the sun’s rise over the London skyline.
Followed by our Golden Hour, a Haku vodka-based cocktail with pineapple vermouth and passionfruit. A summer-infused, ice-cold tropical drink, smooth in texture and served in an elegant coupe.
Our Sunset Collins is the perfect end to your sharing menu. Enjoy wave four paired with a twist on the traditional Collins cocktail, made with Suntory Toki Whiskey, coconut soda and lemon.
