Exclusive to Tattu Birmingham from Tuesday 26th of April, we have created a taste of Tattu – an Express Lunch experience, available Tuesday to Friday from 12 pm – 2.30 pm. Designed to elevate your lunch hour.
The new seasonal menu offers a choice of either 2 or 3 waves with flavours that balance clean, crisp spices with refreshingly delicate, lighter ingredients.
Start with a new addition to the small plates – the Sesame and Ginger Chopped Salad tossed with rainbow vegetable, pumpkin seeds and purple potato crisp, perfect for the warmer days and suitable for our vegan guests.
Joining the main dish selection is our much loved Sweet And Sour Iberico with pineapple, banana shallots and dragon fruit and the desirable Balsamic Teriyaki Salmon with black pepper, crispy skin & pickled cucumber.
For those with a sweet tooth finish your experience with either our White Chocolate Dragon Egg, our twist on the classic Sticky Toffee Pudding made with Asian pear, or our satisfying Banana Fritters.
