The feeling of summer is well and truly in the air, and with another bank holiday approaching we want to make sure you’ve got all you need to enjoy the long weekend ahead.

Our talented team have chosen some of their favourite seasonal serves from our summer cocktail menu, paired with dishes from the new a la carte menu that will complement one another beautifully.

Butterfly Effect – What is the ‘Butterfly Effect’? It is best described as where your Tattu journey should begin. By choosing this cocktail and changing its colour, you not only create a serve that’s unique to you, you make a choice to take the path that could lead to happiness and success. Allow this magical blend of vodka, lychee and butterfly tea to guide you through the rest of your journey at Tattu.

As the perfect place to start, this cocktail is best suited to our selection of dim sum, try the steamed Xiao Long Bao or our summer spring roll to awaken your senses.

The Samurai’s Garden – This sharing serve pays homage to the botanical gardens of Japan. Rosemary, thyme and lavender are combined with the classic gin and tonic pairing to create our Samurai’s Garden. Staying true to tradition, we serve this sharing cocktail for two with cast iron tea cups and a decanter to create a unique gin serve.

Embrace the sharing style and enjoy this light, fragrant cocktail with the aromas of our BBQ Sampler which includes pieces of crispy pork belly, beef short rib, tender duck breast and slices of succulent Iberico pork.

Cherry Negroni – The famous cherry blossoms of Tattu come to life in our Cherry Negroni. Combining the classic flavours of gin and bitter orange with cherry to create a contemporary classic. Our special ingredient comes in the shape of a limited-edition Cherry Blossom Vermouth, steeped with cherry blossom and violet petals giving it a very unique floral flavouring, allowing us to create a Negroni everyone will enjoy.

This cocktail pairs best with our spicier dishes, providing a fruity, zesty contrast. Try it with Szechuan sea bass or Kung Pao chicken.

Julep 43 – Inspired by the Silk Road trail connecting China to the west. This trail was integral in the integration of Chinese spices and flavours to western civilisation and has inspired us to introduce a serve that pays homage to this chapter of history. We blend Licor 43, and Ancho Reyes Chile liqueur, with strawberries, mint and black pepper to give this serve both sweetness and spice!

The Julep 43 is a cocktail made for desserts, enjoy it with our new sweet chocolate wontons or the decadent chocolate fondant.
