Celebrate the Year of the Rooster

This year Tattu will be celebrating Chinese New Year with a selection of special additions to the food and drink menu across the weekend, from Friday 27th – Monday 30th January.

Executive chef Clifton Muil and his team have created a special dish for the celebrations inspired by the classic Cantonese chicken, fusing traditional cooking methods with bold, contemporary flavours.

A special Year of the Rooster cocktail will also be available featuring Manchester gin, rhubarb, homemade red berry and hibiscus tea, topped with lemonade, and a rose sugar rim. 

The restaurant will also be treating guests to live traditional Chinese performances on the evening of Saturday 28th January – a spectacle not to be missed!
